Dump The Gym Fitness Formula #5

Progressions

For the last few pages  we talked about how integrating the Cycling
Systems 1 and 2 into your exercise enables you to develop different
types of strength and fitness and catapults you forward in reaching
your goals.

Using the progressive system will help you reach your goals even
faster.

Why?

Because instead of working on say a handstand push up from the get go,
as I originally did as my main goal (I would have reached my goal
sooner had I worked up to the handstand push up by training
progressions),  you use progressions which are connective exercises that
actually move you smoothly from easier to harder in a natural
sequence or flow.

Make sense?

Well, just in case it doesn’t let me illustrate. Imagine you were learning a new
language, would you begin with an advanced book to learn? Of course
not and although not impossible to learn your new language that way
it certainly would be far harder then if you began with a beginner’s
book and progressed through from basic, intermediate and then
advanced.

Same with exercise.

So progressions are another key to success. Use them.

In Dump The Gym Fitness Formula I’ll teach you a number of
progressive exercises that will move you all the way from
relatively easy to almost impossible, transitioning you smoothly
from one to the other to the next.

Upward and onward.

Enjoy and keep strong,
Danny
