The Cycling System
The cycling system develops six specific areas of health and fitness.
These are…
Maximum Strength,
Power
Strength Endurance
Lung and Heart Power
Stretching and Balancing.

Why train for Strength and not Muscular size
When you learn how to incorporate cycling into your exercise you’ll
have all round strength and fitness with the opportunity to excel
in one or more as you personally see fit.
The result of cycling will be a real functional strong, fit and
lean you that you can use in life, sports and work.
Cycling is a simple concept to grasp and is broken down into two
stages that I’ll teach you in the DTGFF System.
First, you are taught how to cycle a specific exercise.
As an example pull ups off a bar or perhaps if you are not strong
enough yet then push ups or horizontal pull ups. So on this one
exercise you will learn how to develop one or more of the six core
areas above.
Perhaps excelling in one ot two over the others depending on your
goals but having a measure of each.
