Yep, they are a great bodyweight exercise and yes I used a wall.
You are right free handstand push ups are harder but mainly because of balance coming into the equation and the different muscles employed. That said, I don&#039;t think there is a great difference in strength needed for one or the other.

Thanks for the good wishes...I think this may be a few weeks a least till recovery. Actually, I may have to go and get an X ray to check and see what if any damage has been done.

As for your wife-oopps, sorry!

And the rope I found that I hung on the other tree that did not break I found in a second hand shop and cost me all of $10. But it did take me about a year to find it. Thing is, when you know you&#039;re looking for something sooner or later it&#039;ll pop up.

Keep searching or of course you can fork out the big bucks for a proper rope climbing rope.
