Integrate fitness into your life
OK so what does that mean exactly and how can you really achieve it?
Simply put you weave exercise, that is, the very thing that gives
you fitness, fat loss and strength into your everyday life.
The result, when I show you how in Dump The Gym Fitness
Formula is permanent and life long.
Let me give you a few examples:
Have you ever watched children play outside? Well, I’m sure you
have and even in today’s world you’ll see young children playing
without thinking about what they are doing. You’ll see them hanging
off tree branches, climbing trees, swinging on the monkey bars,
running, changing direction, sprinting, rolling and generally
having fun.
Do you remember how you were when you were a kid?
As we grow up (and in today’s society it seem to be way too soon) we
stop doing these things. We become inactive and instead of
integrating fitness into our life we integrate the computer, the
cell phone, ipod, TeeVee and any other technology that we have or
has yet to be invented into our life.
The result, lethargy, fat, disease, premature death.
Now let’s look at the example of animals:
Animals by nature integrate exercise and therefore fitness into
their lives.
They exercise on the fly. As they go. They just do it.
Animals don’t set out to exercise. Think of dogs or cats-they
stretch, sprint, change direction, jump, stop, rest, hunt, wrestle,
play, sleep.
You get the picture.
What do humans do when they want to lose their bulging belly fat,
and become strong and fit again?
They join a gym.
Spending at least $360 plus for a years membership to use some
fancy machines that isolate the muscles and cause imbalance in the
body with all the ramifications that brings about.
Then they jump on the treadmill or elliptical machine and watch
TeeVee or read a magazine while they think that burning calories
for 30 minutes to one hour will give them the results they are
looking for.
They won’t get the results and you won’t either even if you go
three times a week for the whole year…but you know and I
know, when you join a gym or even workout from home you’ll miss a
few workouts and before you realize it you’ve pretty well quit and
fallen back into your old ways.
